RCO assists children and families in the community and various outreach programs for both believers and non-believers. The ministry has helped many children from diverse religious and family backgrounds with educational assistance, food assistance, recreational activities and counseling. The Home of New Life (HNL) was established to provide a secure, loving home for deprived Palestinian children whose families were unable to provide for their basic necessities.
The children receive shelter; food, education and medical/dental care as well as care for their spiritual, physical and emotional needs. The goal of the ministry is to help the children grow in a secure environment, full of love and support, which will help prepare them to become educated, productive members of society ready to contribute back to their families, churches, communities and country.

Important Announcement!
Our BIG announcement is that our son Michael, his wife Jackie, and their baby Lily have arrived to live and work in Ramallah. Immediately after their arrival in June, they started working with the summer camp, church worship team, and a multitude of other activities.
Michael and Jackie both finished masters programs and are highly qualified for the work here. The church, and the people here are so happy to have them back!

We have a very pressing need in view of our transportation needs for the ministry. The ministry NEEDS a new van. We have an old one, Mitzi (a Mitsubishi named Mitzi by a church group) that deserves to be retired. One church group raised $6000 to help us with this. We should be able to get the new van, a VW, for about $30,000 duty free. Pray for this need!
