Summers are wonderful. It is wonderful to see our new playground, basketball court, entrance to the home, kitchenette,two new bathrooms, and porch. It was a massive project, destroying the old field, landscaping, laying cement, installing the equipment, putting in the kitchen and bathroom facilities. The playground equipment alone cost $5000! The total project cost about $32,000, and we still have a $10,000 deficit in the funding.
The new facilities will be used during summer camp, by the children in the children’s home, and by the church members. It looks so nice, and the congregation is taking real pride in the building and facilities. We are attaching some pictures of the remodeled facilities.

Summer camp was wonderful. The children came 5 days a week for Bible stories and activities. Camp ran for 3 weeks and many members of the church participate. It is a great way to reach the children in the neighborhood and make contact with their families.
Michael and Jackie are also with us, working in the ministry here. They are currently trying to furnish their living quarters, and have extra expenses.
